About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team and support the design, deployment, and management of modern enterprise and industrial (OT) network environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Cisco technologies, network automation, and OT architectures, along with a passion for solving complex networking challenges in high-performance environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage Cisco-based network infrastructure (Catalyst switches, IOS-XE, VLANs, STP/RSTP, QoS)
  • Configure and support Cisco SD-WAN / Catalyst SD-WAN, including policy templates and WAN edge devices
  • Deploy and operate Cisco SD-Access (SDA) fabric environments
  • Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center for device management, assurance, and automation
  • Develop and implement network automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Troubleshoot network issues across Layers 2–7
  • Support and integrate OT network environments, including IT/OT segmentation and DMZ design
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-availability networks

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst Switching (IOS-XE)
  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco SD-WAN and SD-Access (SDA)
  • Solid understanding of network protocols (VLANs, STP/RSTP, QoS)
  • Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for automation
  • Experience with Ansible / Terraform
  • Knowledge of Cisco ISE (AAA, TrustSec)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills


OT / Industrial Networking (Preferred)

  • Understanding of Purdue Model and OT architectures

Familiarity with protocols such as:

Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, OPC-UA, IEC 61850

Exposure to SCADA/ICS tools (Ignition, Wonderware, Siemens TIA Portal, FactoryTalk)

 

Security & Compliance

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as:

  • IEC 62443
  • NIST SP 800-82
  • NIS2


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP / CCIE are a plus
