Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex IT projects with a focus on Data Center and Infrastructure Migrations, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Manage comprehensive aspects of project governance including budget control, risk management, scope maintenance, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and integrate project deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues to maintain project health.
- Engage effectively with diverse project stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and securing necessary approvals at critical milestones.
- Optimize resource allocation by directing skilled personnel to meet project objectives, enhancing team productivity and collaboration.
- Utilize advanced project management tools and performance metrics to track progress and report outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices throughout all project phases.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within Infrastructure and Data Center domains, preferably within financial sector projects.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management tailored to large-scale IT projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent command of both written and verbal communication, capable of delivering complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail, adeptness at multitasking, and the capacity to maintain focus under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with PMO frameworks and ITIL Incident Management principles will be considered an advantage.
