  • Establish delivery plans, governance, milestones, resource requirements, quality controls and reporting routines.

  • Define targeted change journeys and interventions for different stakeholder, role and user groups.
  • Identify behavioural, organisational and operational barriers to adoption and develop practical mitigation actions.
  • Establish meaningful adoption measures and contribute to benefits realisation and transition-to-business planning.

Business development and account growth

  • Support account planning and identify opportunities to expand consulting services within existing client relationships.
  • Lead or contribute to qualification, solution shaping, effort estimation, commercial inputs, proposals, RFP responses and client presentations.
  • Develop client-specific points of view, transformation roadmaps and value propositions.
  • Partner with account, industry, technology and delivery leaders to convert client needs into credible consulting opportunities.
  • Contribute to pipeline development, sales conversations and pursuit governance.

People and practice leadership

  • Lead, coach and mentor consultants, providing clear direction, feedback and quality assurance.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment and capability development for change and transformation assignments.
  • Create and improve reusable methods, tools, accelerators, case studies and thought leadership.
  • Promote collaborative ways of working, inclusive leadership and strong consulting standards.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital, technology-enabled or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Strong programme management capability across planning, governance, financial management, resourcing, risk, issue and dependency management.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives, facilitate difficult conversations and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
  • Hands-on experience developing and delivering change strategies, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and adoption interventions.
  • Experience shaping consulting solutions and contributing to proposals, RFPs, sales pursuits and account growth.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery across client and partner organisations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organisational psychology, human resources, communications, engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred experience
