Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

  • Service Component: Deskside Support for laptops desktops
  • Able to do store management
  • Service Component: Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC)
  • Work Instruction, Service Interface Manuals & Scripts
  • Asset compliance  security and BMC compliance
  • Software distribution application packaging and patching
