Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and A/V equipment
- Troubleshoot OS (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard apps (O365, Teams, Skype)
- Support basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and mobile device management
- Handle incidents and service requests using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Collaborate with users across all levels and contribute to knowledge base articles

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security
- Knowledge of SCCM, VDI, VOIP, and smart hands support
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Electronic
- Preferred knowledge working with manufacturing plants
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy
