Areas of responsibility
Triaging and resolution of tickets-Provide resolution to high priority incident (P2) tickets, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure timely closure.
SLA Monitoring-Ensure SLA compliance for assigned technology areas and ensure proactive escalation management.
Performance tuning and optimization-Analyse system performance data, coordinate findings on system behaviour, and support capacity planning initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency.
Perform system Improvements-Create mitigation measures to evaluate new tools or improvements by collaborating with technical teams.
Handling disaster recovery-Perform security assessments and recovery drills, and implement necessary controls to ensure compliance with established security standards.
Reporting and stakeholder engagement-Participate in weekly and monthly service review meetings, provide updates on performance and issues, and support stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and service alignment.
Team Management-Collaborate with team members to resolve open tickets and service requests.
Knowledge base and continuous learning Contribute to updating SOPs, knowledge articles and maintaining the knowledge repository for the purpose of future ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, deploy and optimise enterprise wireless LAN solutions across office and industrial environments.
· Conduct wireless surveys (predictive & on site), RF analysis and coverage optimisation.
· Lead troubleshooting for complex Wi Fi issues, including authentication, interference and performance degradation.
· Create and update Low Level Designs (LLDs) for Wi Fi, NAC and related network services.
· Produce accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for new deployments, refresh programmes and upgrade initiatives.
· Support Wi Fi lifecycle management including hardware upgrades, software updates and capacity planning.
· Work with stakeholders across IT, operations and platform teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
· Contribute to standards, best practices, design documentation and knowledge sharing within the network engineering chapter.

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong hands on experience with enterprise WLAN technologies (Cisco, Aruba).
· Must Have deep understanding of:
o RF fundamentals (channel planning, power, interference mitigation etc.)
o 802.11 standards including Wi Fi 5/6/6E/7
o WLAN authentication (EAP methods, RADIUS, role based access)
o Enterprise controllers, cloud managed Wi Fi platforms and policy engines
o Proficiency with wireless survey tools (Ekahau, Hamina etc.)
· Experience with Cradlepoint, or similar 5G cellular enabled networking platforms
· Experience supporting large scale Wi Fi environments in complex organisations.
· Experience with Aruba ClearPass for 802.1X, RADIUS, profiling and role-based access
· Ability to interpret network analytics, performance data and incident trends.
· Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
· Able to travel ad-hoc to Client's locations for onsite pre and post deployment Wi-Fi surveys

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
