Job Description

 

•        Holds JNCIA / JNCIP / JNCIE / CCNP / CCIE certification or possesses equivalent hands on expertise.

•        Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, MPLS, Wireless, SDN, SD WAN, F5, DNS, and related network technologies.

•        Advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, IS IS, OSPF, MPLS, and switching concepts including VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree.

•        Hands on experience with Zscaler, IPSec VPNs, and enterprise network security concepts.

•        Perform vulnerability management, including identifying security gaps, supporting remediation activities, and coordinating with security teams.

•        Provide field support, including assistance with on site activities, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors when required.

•        Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and drive long term corrective actions.

•        Proficient in using ServiceNow for incident/ticket management and SolarWinds, NetBrain for network monitoring and diagnostics.

•        Troubleshoot network issues and resolve hardware and connectivity faults within SLA.

•        Monitor network performance on a daily basis and proactively identify potential risks.

•        Demonstrate proactive and clear communication across stakeholders.

•        Respond quickly to incidents and escalate tickets appropriately when needed.

•        Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

•        Work closely with Network Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams to implement solutions.

•        Support rollout of innovative improvements to reduce recurring network issues and improve stability.

•        Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to build overall team capability.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
