Role & Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day application support for aligned applications by reviewing pertinent logging (including platforms with limited documentation) Drive for root cause analysis to application outages and provide quick service restoration (including single user and branch issues)
  • Improve application stability and reduce errors present in the environment.
  • Work closely with technology infrastructure teams, development, and testing teams in supporting integrated/independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, server upgrades, etc.
  • Reduce Development escalation and ensure issues are resolved within the team.
  • Proactively monitor and manage the production environment.
  • Act as the point of escalation for the business and manage end-user client relationship.
  • Ability to support on-call coverage, and release-related events.
Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
