Job Description

Role involves operational and engineering activities for systems management platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross‑team collaboration, and serving as a systems management UEM subject matter expert to ensure operational standards align with the existing architectural framework.


Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical subject matter expert for Workspace ONE UEM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Microsoft Intune
  • Participate in the implementation, certification, and adoption of new product releases in alignment with technology roadmaps
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, enterprise‑scale systems management issues on the client side
  • Evaluate new features and releases to ensure alignment with business and operational objectives
  • Partner with cross‑functional support teams to resolve advanced architecture, infrastructure, and configuration challenges
  • Perform SQL reporting and introduce AI automated solutions
  • Minimize  risk while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, safeguarding the firm, its clients, and assets

Enhanced Responsibilities

  • Lead Workspace ONE UEM operations including:
    • Device enrollment and lifecycle management
    • Profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments
  • Drive modern endpoint management strategy using Workspace ONE as primary platform
  • Support integration with Microsoft Intune and SCCM in co-management scenarios
  • Perform SCCM administration activities (secondary focus):
    • Application deployment and packaging support
    • Patch management and compliance monitoring (WSUS/SUP)
    • Basic troubleshooting of client, content distribution, and deployment issues
    • Support task sequences for OS deployment (high-level involvement)
  • Troubleshoot issues across mobile and Windows endpoints at enterprise scale
  • Implement automation using PowerShell, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Support platform upgrades, feature adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

 

Mandatory Skills: MS System Center Configuration Manager .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
