Job Description: 

Quantexa Technical Consultant

Design and implement Quantexa Entity Resolution (ER) frameworks to consolidate fragmented entity records across multiple source systems
Define and configure matching strategies, including deterministic, probabilistic, and rules‑based matching
Develop and tune blocking, scoring, and threshold logic to optimize precision and recall
Design entity survivorship and attribute resolution rules to establish golden records

2) Data Modeling & Relationship Engineering

Model entities, attributes, and relationships (e.g., person, organization, account, hierarchy, ownership, affiliations)
Design and optimize graph structures to support connected entity views and lineage traceability
Support hierarchy construction (legal entity hierarchies, householding, corporate ownership structures)

3) Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

Build and maintain Spark‑based ingestion and transformation pipelines for structured and semi‑structured data
Perform data standardization, normalization, enrichment, and quality validation prior to ER processing
Optimize pipeline performance for large‑scale entity datasets

4) Quantexa Platform Configuration

Configure and manage

Entity schemas and data models
ER rules, weights, thresholds, and scoring logic
Matching workflows and resolution pipelines

Develop custom extensions or transformations using Scala/Java where required
Perform ER tuning and remediation based on false match / missed match analysis

5) Integration & Deployment

Deploy Quantexa ER pipelines in cloud (AWS/Azure) or on‑prem environments
Integrate mastered entity outputs with downstream systems (MDM, reporting platforms, analytics tools, enterprise data lakes)
Support UAT, production deployment, and post‑implementation stabilization

6) Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with data governance, architecture, and business stakeholders
Participate in entity definition workshops, data discovery, and resolution design sessions
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best‑practice guidance on entity consolidation


 

Required Skills & Experience͏

5+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or entity resolution implementations
Hands‑on experience with Quantexa Entity Resolution / Entity Consolidation module

Strong understanding of:

    Deterministic vs probabilistic matching
    Fuzzy matching, scoring, thresholds, and confidence metrics
    Survivorship and golden record creation

Strong experience with Apache Spark and large‑scale data processing
Proficiency in Scala or Java (SQL and Python exposure is a plus)

Good to Have:

    Experience with Customer 360, Legal Entity Aggregation, or Risk Data Aggregation (BCBS 239) initiatives
    Experience integrating Quantexa ER outputs with MDM platforms or enterprise data lakes
    Exposure to data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks
    Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure)

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
