Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead a large-scale migration from Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse to the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for designing the end‑to‑end data migration strategy, integration architecture, and overall technical blueprint for a complex, high-volume CRM environment within the hospitality/gaming domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM migration architecture from Dynamics/Dataverse to Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture and working knowledge
- Design and oversee data extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading using ETL tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, ADF).
- Define API-led integration architecture using MuleSoft for upstream and downstream systems (loyalty, booking, dining, mainframe source systems).
- Establish a tiered data strategy: operational data into Salesforce; historical and analytical data into Data Cloud or external data lake.
- Align Salesforce objects (standard & custom) to current business processes and customizations.
- Provide technical leadership for developers, data engineers, and integration specialists.
- Ensure security, PII compliance, and data governance throughout the migration.
- Develop cutover plans, delta migration approach, validation, and rollback strategies.
Required Experience
- 8-10 years in enterprise CRM/data architecture, with hands-on migration experience from Dynamics → Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Salesforce data model, Bulk API v2, and large-volume migration patterns.
- Strong expertise in MuleSoft or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Experience with Azure data pipelines (ADF, Databricks) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead architecture for large data sets (1TB+) and complex integrations.
- Familiarity with hospitality/gaming, loyalty, or multi-property customer engagement is a plus.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
