Test Program Manager


Role Summary

Lead and coordinate a team of Test Leads managing multiple products. Own test program delivery, automation strategy (including mobile and web automation), sprint QA execution, and AI/ML initiatives. Function as the single point of contact for QA and manage the client account relationship.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Test Leads across multiple products.
  • Own automation frameworks and sprint QA delivery, including mobile and web automation testing using Appium, Testim, Playwright, and Selenium.
  • Track and report test metrics, risks, and release readiness.
  • Function as the primary QA point of contact for the client.
  • Manage client account and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive AI/ML adoption in testing processes.
  • Identify and implement QA process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in test management or QA leadership, including leading teams of leads.

  • Proven expertise in mobile and automation testing tools such as Appium, Testim, Playwright, and Selenium.

  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and Agile/CI/CD processes.

  • Experience in travel and hospitality is preferred.

  • Experience with AI/ML in quality engineering is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
