Job Description
Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain Service Now HRSD applications, Service Now administration knowledge which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure it meets quality assurance parameters. The resource must have good knowledge and experience in service HRSD applications development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes
Investigating problem areas followed by the software development life cycle
Facilitate root cause analysis of the system issues and problem statement
Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts who carry out the detailed investigation into software requirements
Conferring with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities
Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation
Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
Maintain seamless Stakeholder Interaction to ensure smooth operations without any delays.
Primary Skills:
- Production support for HRSD including Employees Relations module
- Production support for Alumni portal and Employees Relations only ( No HRSD )
- Deliver Break fixes
- Work closely with HRSD Product owner to set priority for the tasks
- Be able to Write user stories, get sign-off , develop, test, move code to UAT , secure UAT sign-off and work with OPS team to move changes to production
Certifications preferred:
Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer
CSA (CAD Preferred)
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
