Role : Lead Administrator (Tools Consultant)

Required Skill: 

Experience in monitoring tools ITRS, SPLUNK, Dynatrace and App Dynamics

Special consideration: PHP programming

Proficiency in M365 Applications

Hands on experience with UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTS 

Hands on experience with Database (Oracle SQL / PLSQL / Teradata).

Experience in Job scheduling tool - Autosys.

Knowledge on ITIL concepts like Incident and Problem Management. 

 

Desired Skill:

Knowledge on Incident Management (ITSM Remedy, MyITSM).

Willing to be flexible sometimes with providing stand-by out of hours support on rotational basis for production system (as needed)

 
Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
