Location -
hybrid 3 days a week at customer location (Fort Mill, South Carolina)
Required skill-
- SAP Basis Lead Administrator with 8+ years of experience will be responsible for:
- Monitor and self-assign incoming tickets related to SAP Basis Administration
- Provide system administration support in all SAP systems and landscapes
- Perform system daily and weekly checks
- Perform environment refreshes and creations
- Perform transport activities during afterhours and weekends
- Ensure all requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Need to interface with other internal team such as DBA, Unix admin, Telecom, SAP Security and Functional Analysts
- Documentation of Incident resolution and solution designs
- Participate in SAP and 3rd party applications projects (satellite applications needed by the SAP ecosystem including but not limited to Sap console, Flexera, STR Fax, PBS archiving etc.)
- Assist management in the development of the overall project plans & timetables Effectively architect and implement basis solutions in a wide range of SAP modules
- Act as an analyst on 3rd party applications for the approach and strategy that will be used to upgrade or implement the 3rd party applications
- Coordinate with the 3rd party applications vendor/Systems integrator/internal Domtar teams to execute against the chosen approach and strategy
- Act as a technical lead and mentor the SAP admin that will be assigned by Domtar to some of those projects
- Create and meet deliverables per project work plans and business requirements
- Ensure best system administration practices are being utilized, and Basis is involved to reduce/mitigate any risks
- Continually monitor, and improve, the overall SAP environments by:
- Monitoring usage of SAP to ensure performance and availability Working with the Basis Operations team to implement environment monitoring and alerting
- Participate in regular team meeting
- Executing defined SOX controls, identifying opportunities to improve control posture
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
