We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with deep expertise in SER DOXIS WebCube, Java, and Groovy, combined with knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. This role involves leading technical design, development, and integration of ECM solutions into enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development efforts for applications built on WebCube, leveraging Java and Groovy.
  • Design and implement ECM integrations (e.g., SER Doxis, Documentum, OpenText, Alfresco) for document management.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex issues

Required Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java and Groovy.
    • Hands-on experience with SER DOXIS WebCube platform and its customization.
    • knowledge of ECM concepts: document lifecycle, metadata, retention policies, archiving.
    • Experience with ECM platforms (SER Doxis preferred, OpenText, Documentum or similar).
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
    • Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
