Role Overview

Join Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs as the Lead for our Embodied AI (Robotics) Practice, a pioneering role designed to spearhead the convergence of artificial intelligence with robotics and simulation technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to define the future of AI-driven physical automation and bring transformative solutions to multiple industries—including manufacturing, logistics, and facilities management. You will play a central role in shaping the strategic vision, nurturing innovation pipelines, and overseeing the delivery of scalable robotics applications that integrate AI, sensors, and digital simulation for real-world tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Direction: Craft and continuously evolve a clear and forward-looking roadmap for the Embodied AI practice, aligning technology exploration with market demands and business objectives.
• Lead High-Impact Projects: Identify, prioritize, and lead programs that demonstrate measurable outcomes in automation efficiency and business growth, translating emerging research into deployable solutions.
• Innovate in Simulation and Robotics: Drive the development of simulation environments and digital twin frameworks to co-train AI models alongside robotic systems, ensuring robustness in dynamic physical environments.
• Client Collaboration and Solutioning: Engage closely with customers and partners to uncover automation opportunities, craft customized solutions, and demonstrate technology value through proofs-of-concept and pilots.
• Business Enablement: Support go-to-market initiatives by collaborating with sales and marketing teams, crafting compelling narratives, and showcasing solution capabilities to strategic clients.
• Talent Development: Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals skilled in AI, robotics engineering, and simulation technologies, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.
• Ecosystem Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic alliances with OEMs, academic institutions, hyperscalers, and technology providers to accelerate innovation and solution delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and machine learning algorithms applied within robotics and simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim, ROS2, Gazebo, and Unity ML-Agents.
• Proven leadership in managing AI-driven robotics initiatives demonstrating end-to-end solution creation and operational deployment.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a balanced focus on innovation, technical feasibility, and go-to-market success.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into persuasive business cases.

Preferred Background

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience in management consulting, product innovation, or leading AI transformations within large enterprise environments.
