 Primary Skills: Network Design & Routing Switching;BGP

Technical Expertise:

 

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in developing a Global WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi solution.
  • Design and implementation of NNI solution in multi-service providers environment.
  • Good knowledge on public cloud connectivity Cloud Exchange, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute to Public Cloud providers.
  • Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting WAN/WAN Optimizers/LAN/Wi-Fi environments.

  • Good knowledge in WAN, MPLS and Internet technologies
  • Preferable to possess advanced/expert level certifications from multiple vendors like Cisco, Juniper
  • Expertise in design and implementation of management and monitoring technologies like SNMP, NTP, Logging, TACACS, SSH, Telnet
  • Expertise in design and implementation of complex routing involving BGP, MPLS VPNs, route-map, prefix-list and QoS

General:

 

  • Acquire knowledge and detailed understanding on customer’s network architecture.
  • Validate Scope of Work and Due Diligence of Data and identify gaps
  • Gather required and detailed information and develop SMTD/MOPS/SOP with complete understanding of customer network architecture.
  • Responsible for giving reverse knowledge transfer to L3/L2 Engineers and getting sign-off from customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively articulate risks and get sign-off on SMTD, Risk Register and other technical/operational documents. Propose risk mitigation plan and options.
  • Responsible for implementing best practice, hardening, service assurance roll-out
  • Changes management in customer end Network devices for remote management of devices and on boarding of Monitoring tool
  • Monitor day-to-day service delivery task and management for customer Network infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents.

Prepare high quality of SOP/MOPS and SMTD documents
