Title: Entra ID Lead

Location: Milpitas, California

Duration: Full Time

Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate, CyberArk PAM and PKI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day IAM operations and support activities across AD, Entra ID, PingFederate, CyberArk PAM, and PKI.
  • Act as the primary technical interface between the client and the delivery team.
  • Provide technical leadership for incident, problem and change management activities.
  • Review and coordinate IAM-related changes.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide L2/L3 engineers and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Track service delivery metrics, SLA compliance, and operational performance
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues

Mandatory Skills

  • Understanding and Experience with different type of IAM tools such as Active Directory, Entra, CyberArk, Ping
  • Knowledge of PKI, certificates, and identity security best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 
  • Experience leading support teams in a managed services environment

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting hybrid identity environments.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Areas of responsibility

Monitoring and Incident Detection-Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Incident Handling and Analysis-Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption

Threat Assessment and Analytics-Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-"Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.

Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance."

Training and Awareness-Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Entra ID .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
