Job Description

Must have Handson Exprince in  of experience in DevOps, SRE Lead, Production Support .

Ensuring operational excellence in availability, performance, capacity, monitoring, self-healing and deployment automation.

Supporting daily operations with root cause analysis and business impact.

Standardizing and streamlining traditional support functions.

Acting as a key communication bridge between internal & external stakeholders.

Aligning product and customer priorities with operational needs.

Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.

Engage in and improve the entire service lifecycle- from design to deployment and operations.

Analyze ITSM platform activities and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps and resiliency issues.

Provide system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch readiness support.

Monitor and maintain system availability, latency and health.

Scale systems through automation and reliability-focused improvements.

Support and improve CI/CD pipeline for software promotion, enforcing validation and operational gating.

Lead DevOps automation initiatives and best practices .

Drive sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems. 

Take holistic approach to problem-solving during production incidents, improving Mean Time to Recovery.

Work effectively with globally distributed team across multiple time zones. 

 
Mandatory Skills: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
