Wipro Technologies is seeking a dedicated, skilled professional to join our dynamic Technology Services team within the Industry Cloud & Digital sector. This role focuses on leveraging Java technologies to support and deliver innovative solutions that meet client business needs.

As part of the AECS - Java practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise-level applications that play a critical role in enabling digital transformation for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications and services aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and fellow developers to understand business goals and technical specifications.
  • Participate in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures using best industry practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols to maintain application integrity.
  • Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve software delivery processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Java development and cloud solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design concepts.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to industry cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
