Role Objective :

To lead  GTM programs & strategic with key partners to drive partnership business growth

Responsibility:
 

  • Programmatically drive multiple GTM programs with select partners.
  • Work with GAMs  of focused alliances to identify & prioritize top GTM programs driving strong business impact (Pipeline, OB, N2P)
  • Quantify business impacts, convert to metrices and create program plans.
  • Work with sales, practice,  account teams (Wipro and partner), marketing and other relevant stakeholders to rigorously drive & track execution
  • Provide real time execution status & business impact reports.
  • Lead the Partner ecosystem strategy planning.
  • Support & drive partnership governance acitivities in collaboration with the operations team
  • Identify key strategic initiatives (e.g. fund management, deal registration) and drive end to end execution across focus partners delivering quaintifiable business benefits.
  • Identify, implement & track processes systems and best practices across focus partnerships.
  • Manage and lead a team (including setting G&Os , tracking daily tasks, reviewing performance, onboarding  new members etc..)
