Role Objective :
To lead GTM programs & strategic with key partners to drive partnership business growth

Responsibility:
- Programmatically drive multiple GTM programs with select partners.
- Work with GAMs of focused alliances to identify & prioritize top GTM programs driving strong business impact (Pipeline, OB, N2P)
- Quantify business impacts, convert to metrices and create program plans.
- Work with sales, practice, account teams (Wipro and partner), marketing and other relevant stakeholders to rigorously drive & track execution
- Provide real time execution status & business impact reports.
- Lead the Partner ecosystem strategy planning.
- Support & drive partnership governance acitivities in collaboration with the operations team
- Identify key strategic initiatives (e.g. fund management, deal registration) and drive end to end execution across focus partners delivering quaintifiable business benefits.
- Identify, implement & track processes systems and best practices across focus partnerships.
- Manage and lead a team (including setting G&Os , tracking daily tasks, reviewing performance, onboarding new members etc..)
