As an Engineering Lead , bring in cutting-edge approaches to solve business problems, create architecture & design to realize the solution and own through coding and testing.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Architect & design technically robust, flexible, resilient, distributed, scalable, fault tolerant and monitored solutions
• Work with designers, business analysts, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
• Responsible for providing technology leadership to the team to ensure products and platform services get built based on defined specifications and industry best practices in a timely manner
• Act as an advisor and partner by understanding and aligning on goals, objectives and outcomes, co-creating the product delivery roadmap by defining and prioritising MVP and features, and resolving the impediments by facilitating the trade-off discussions
• Define the way teams should be organised and the way they would work, while ensuring alignment with wider stakeholders
• Work with go-to-market teams to win clients for AI platform / agent offerings
• Facilitate adoption of relevant engineering practices and interventions to improve the pace and productivity and build a culture of continuous improvement (retrospective analysis, maturity assessments, OKR’s and KPI’s)
• Establish effective use of tools to visualise the flow of work and aid the product management, engineering and governance process. Drive adoption within the teams around effective usage of tooling.
• Change management to effectively define and manage the construct around outcomes, milestones in context of agile product/program delivery.
• Establish the governance with customer and teams to (a) drive alignment on the progress against the outcomes, (b) focus on risk management and (c) establish strong change management
• Delivery accountability and implementation ownership
• Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (Java 17+,  .Net, MERN/MEAN, React Native etc.)
• Expertise in architectures and design patterns for highly scalable and available solutions
• Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, etc., with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph etc.
• Clear understanding of Model Context Protocols, A2A Protocols, Agent Developer Kit and working experience with LLMs
• Superior project management skills to manage multi-engineer projects and experience of  delivering high quality projects on time
• Excellent leadership and people skills to mentor engineers both technically and business knowledge (code reviews and product development)
• Self-starter and work independently to acquire the system knowledge and lead the team to the entire life cycle of the project
• Aware of maintaining product backlog
• Experience in building solutions in an agile/DevOps, virtualised and containerized environments
• An understanding of the trade-off between technical investments and continual delivery of business outcome
• Understanding infrastructure industry trends and relevant innovations in solution delivery methods. Experience with Information Security management - Maintain the data confidentiality & integrity and relevant compliance of information systems. Understand lifecycle implementation of enterprise architecture solutions and associated industry (IT) standards
• Strong expertise in work planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
• Ability to understand & deep dive into product, architecture, engineering and way of working to effectively engage with the team, facilitate/own resolution of impediments and provide hands-on leadership during critical stages
• Natural inclination to lead, influence, coach teams including customer & partner stakeholders, to promote appreciation of agile values and engineering practices and importance of quicker and faster delivery of value, whilst maintaining focus on the goals and outcomes
• Experience in leading engineering and cloud transformation programs
• Ability to pivot around agile values and leverage strong knowledge of methodologies to create a product delivery model best suited for customer organisation and needs.
• Promote culture of continuous planning, across different horizons and adapting or responding based on critical reflections.
• Appreciation and strong understanding of global delivery model
• Must have deep industry experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Architecting, product development and implementations. 3+ Years of experience in managing teams

2. Technical Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• Previous work experience as a technical architect.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
• Advanced project management skills.
