We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Data Analyst to join our team and support a strategic client engagement within a dynamic FMCG environment.

This opportunity is a full-time, work-from-office role based at the client’s London office, initially offered for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Start date: 1st September 2026

The Role

As an SAP Data Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining high-quality master data within SAP systems while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the project and client organisation. You will be responsible for data migration, data governance activities, issue resolution, and supporting the successful delivery of project objectives in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with SAP master data processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
Extract, transform and load (ETL) large and complex datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
Analyse, validate and maintain SAP master data in line with business requirements and governance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to investigate and resolve data-related queries and issues.
Support project delivery by managing data activities within agreed timelines and service levels.
Assess and manage the impact of scope changes on data deliverables and project milestones.
Support the onboarding, training and coordination of additional team members where required.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best-practice data management standards.

Required Skills and Experience
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in SAP data management or SAP master data processes.
Strong experience working within an FMCG environment.
Proven expertise in SAP Material Master Data processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Desirable Skills
Experience with SAP Customer Master Data processes.
Experience with SAP Procurement or Vendor Master Data processes.
Knowledge of SKP processes.
Experience with SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
Previous experience supporting SAP data migration or transformation programmes.
