Job Description

Required skills and qualifications

  • [8]+ years of experience with Salesforce, with at least [4-5] years in a dedicated functional or consulting role.
  • Proven experience leading the functional aspect of multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, including object models, validation rules, flows, approval processes, security models, and report and dashboard design.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
