Job Description
As a Client Partner at Wipro Technologies-USA specializing in the Media & Entertainment sector, you will play a pivotal role managing a portfolio of strategic growth accounts predominantly within the West Coast region, focusing on leading Studios and Streaming platforms. This position requires ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities of these accounts, where you will define and execute organic growth strategies including vision setting and comprehensive annual account planning. Your expertise will be critical in identifying, fostering, and capitalizing on key growth opportunities, ensuring not only financial health but also sustained client engagement through value creation and seamless delivery excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, building and nurturing strong, strategic relationships at multiple organizational levels to cement Wipro's partnership and long-term client success. This entails a proactive approach to client needs, driving profitable sales, and positioning Wipro as an indispensable partner in the client's digital transformation journey.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT services sales within competitive, tier-1 or tier-2 environments and have a demonstrated track record in the Systems Integration sector, particularly within the Media and Entertainment domain. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders from CXO level to operational teams are essential. Collaborating across diverse internal teams and service lines to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives will be a daily responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts focusing on Media & Entertainment clients including leading Studios and Streamers across the West Coast.
- Own full P&L accountability, ensuring robust financial performance aligned with Wipro’s business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, engaging cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet clients’ evolving business needs.
- Identify innovative growth opportunities and design tailored strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build deep, trusted partnerships with senior client executives and decision-makers, acting as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor.Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and position Wipro strategically.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in IT Services sales and account management within tier-1 or tier-2 providers, demonstrating progressive leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Systems Integration services with a focus on Media and Entertainment sectors, especially pertaining to Studios and Streaming companies.
- Strong understanding of global delivery models (GDM) and capability in cross-selling various service lines while managing multi-million-dollar accounts spanning multiple geographies.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, adept at interacting across organizational hierarchies, including C-suite executives, VPs, and directors.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex negotiations, proposal development, and responding to RFPs/RFIs with high impact and strategic insight.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience resolving team management and operational challenges to maintain optimal delivery and client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to nurture client loyalty and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to generate business leads through innovative engagement strategies and actively expand Wipro’s presence within client organizations.
- Commitment to financial targets including revenue generation, booking attainment, and operating margin optimization.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
