Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Finance to join our IT team and drive financial system optimizations. This role involves configuring and customizing Oracle Financials modules to support efficient accounting, reporting, and compliance processes while integrating with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and implement solutions in Oracle Financials Cloud Or EBS, focusing on modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Develop technical customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for financial workflows, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to provide functional expertise, user training, and support for data migrations and upgrades.
- Optimize processes for regulatory compliance, such as SOX or IFRS, and automate reporting through tools like Oracle BI Publisher.
- Document technical specifications, participate in system enhancements, and integrate Oracle Finance with modules like Procurement or HCM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Financials modules.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, Oracle APEX, and integration frameworks like OIC Or REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including cash management, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Oracle certification in Financials or related modules is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and migrations from EBS to Cloud.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for financial reporting.
- Understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and best practices.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
