As an integral part of Wipro Technologies-USA, the IT Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and strategizing various complex system projects and programs. This role demands an adeptness in navigating straightforward tasks while handling projects characterized by moderate complexity, providing an exciting challenge for professionals in the industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for assembling a dedicated project team, identifying essential resources, and formulating schedules designed to guarantee the timely accomplishment of each project. You will actively manage stakeholder partnerships, efficiently mitigate risks, and ensure that all project goals are met. A comprehensive understanding of project objectives, team roles, and functions is crucial for coordinating team activities effectively, leading to successful outcomes.

When managing programs, you will oversee interdependent and interrelated projects, setting strategic directions to ensure program execution delivers sustainable business value. You will benefit from having specialized knowledge in popular frameworks such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), which are instrumental in managing technology project-specific risks. Your decisions will be guided by established professional standards, regulations, and documented procedures, allowing you to perform your duties with confidence and clarity.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Less than years of technical experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical product selection and implementation of IT solutions
- Deep passion for contributing to a continuously improving consumer experience within the organization
Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
