Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Coach to lead our organization in adopting Jira Align and strengthen Agile delivery practices during IT integration and transformation efforts in M&A scenarios. This role is pivotal in accelerating post-acquisition integration by enabling enterprise-scale Agile ways of working, optimizing delivery through Jira Align and Azure DevOps (ADO), and guiding cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Applications, and End-User domains.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Agile at scale, Jira Align configuration, and enterprise transformation. You will translate integration roadmaps into measurable, incremental outcomes while fostering disciplined Agile practices across multiple workstreams.

  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure alignment with enterprise Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for integration initiatives (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs) focused on milestones like cutovers, migrations, and decommissions.
  • Serve as the Agile tooling authority for Jira Align and ADO, ensuring portfolio-to-team connectivity and traceability.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and metrics reflecting integration progress (e.g., % systems converted, app rationalization velocity).
  • Lead large-scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to transition from waterfall or partial Scrum frameworks to Lean Agile.
  • Establish Lean Agile routines and practices including Kanban management, Scaled Agile Value Stream Mapping, PI planning and execution, and insights into CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
  • Build strong partnerships with Business Relationship Managers, Platform Leaders, and Functional Integration Leads.
  • Create a culture where Agile teams thrive through continuous improvement, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Train leaders and teams at all levels to set Agile strategy and articulate its benefits.
  • Skillfully facilitate group dynamics and ensure every voice is heard.
  • Keep teams focused on commitments, pace, and quality.

͏

  • Experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years as an Agile Coach in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in Jira Align and Azure DevOps configuration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations and large-scale software delivery.
  • Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes and deliverables.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CSP, or PMI-ACP preferred.
