Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead the rollout of D365FO. You will work with a scalable global template, manage localizations, drive governance, and ensure smooth regional deployments while aligning business and IT strategies.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage a global D365FO template covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
    • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee solution architecture including integrations, extensions, and data migration.
    • Lead fit-gap workshops, create rollout plans, and support go-lives.
    • Establish governance processes and manage deviations from the global core.
    • Collaborate with business leaders, country teams, and consultants.
    • Overall solution design, including integrations to other systems​
    • Overseeing the customization and configuration of the D365 application ​
    • Provide the end-to-end process understanding that keeps the solution together​
    • Ensuring that configurations are done within the capabilities of the global template​
    • Ensuring robust documentation of target solution and all configurations​
    • Oversee the deployment specialist., quality ensuring of each track, including support and guidance (specifically in the more technical areas and related to AL template/infrastructure

  • Qualifications:

    • 10+ years in Dynamics AX / D365FO; 5+ years leading global rollouts.
    • Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Retail modules, and localizations.
    • Strong skills in solution architecture, integrations, and global stakeholder management.
    • Microsoft certifications preferred (Finance, SCM, or Solution Architect Expert).
    • Well-founded experience in Microsoft D365.​
    • Experience with working with a global solution and maintaining its design principle and integrity ​
    • Familiarity with configuring solutions to cater for complex global process from an end-to-end perspective​
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements​
    • Robust project management and leadership abilities to guide the technical track of the local rollout team.​
    • Used to communicating at all levels in a global company and facilitate meetings and workshops routinely
