Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and develop intelligent agents and innovative solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies including M365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, and Copilot Studio. Ensure these solutions seamlessly enhance business productivity and user experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Utilize connectors and Power Automate to create and streamline automated workflows that integrate diverse data sources and applications, fostering efficiency and collaborative processes across departments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and IT stakeholders, to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and secure technical solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Adhere to and promote best practices in solution architecture focusing on security standards, scalability, maintainability, and system performance to deliver reliable enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation encompassing architecture diagrams, configuration protocols, operational manuals, and training guides to support knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers and colleagues by providing technical guidance, fostering professional growth, and championing collaborative problem solving across the team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 technologies, Azure AI Foundry, and artificial intelligence tools to recommend innovative strategies and implement advanced AI-based solutions that drive business value.

Technical Skills and Expertise

  • Extensive experience in Power Platform development encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, SharePoint integration, and implementation of AI Models to build intelligent applications.
  • Proven end-to-end capabilities in building sophisticated agents using Copilot Studio, managing topics including generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning models, and integration of Microsoft Copilot experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in developing AI-driven solutions on Azure AI Foundry, leveraging cloud services for natural language processing, machine learning, and cognitive analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, including working with GPT models, embedding techniques, and text analytics to create powerful, contextual AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and Azure Machine Learning services to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and workflows.
  • Competence in building, deploying, and managing APIs utilizing Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Logic Apps for seamless integration and extensibility within enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills: M365 Copilot .
