Job Description

- The candidate must have experience and knowledge to perform and take decisions on the following areas of Exchange Online & Exchange On-Premise:

  • Email tracing and monitoring
  • Mailbox, Shared Mailbox and Distribution List management
  • Rooms management
  • Mail-enabled security groups (analytics)

The candidate will have to resolve request & issues and perform tasks associated to Messaging tower like:

  • Message trace and mail flow troubleshooting
  • Shared mailbox creation
  • Shared mailbox access modification
  • Room mailbox creation
  • Room mailbox delegation
  • SMTP alias addition/removal
  • DL owner permission
  • DL member add/remove
  • DL creation/deletion
  • Contact creation and addition to DL
  • Duplicate mailbox deletion
  • Delete shared/room mailbox
  • Setting Out of Office
  • Room mailbox booking delegation
  • Mailbox mail forwarding
  • Mailbox delegation
  • Distribution Lists analysis, cleanup, migration, and deletion
Mandatory Skills: M365 Exchange Online .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
