Major Incident Manager – BFSI
📍 Malad | 🕒 6 Days Working | 🎓 ITIL Mandatory
Role:
- Manage P1/P2 Major Incidents end-to-end
- Drive bridge calls, coordinate teams, ensure quick resolution
- Provide real-time stakeholder communication
- Ensure SLA adherence & minimize business impact
- Conduct PIR/RCA and trigger emergency changes
Experience: 6–12 yrs (5+ yrs in MIM)
Tools: ServiceNow preferred
