Job Description

ITIL Change Mgmt

Location: O Fallon, MO

 

The role involves end-to-end ownership of change management activities, ensuring minimal risk and disruption while maintaining compliance with ITIL best practices. Work closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, SREs, and business stakeholders. Work on BMC remedy tool to manage the change requests

 

Mandatory Skills

Experience in IT Change Management in large enterprise environments.

Strong hands-on experience with BMC Remedy for change request management.

Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 Change Management processes.

Experience working in 24x7 production environments with business-critical applications.

Ability to manage changes across application and server environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL Certification (Foundation or above).

Experience working in financial services / banking / regulated environments.

Exposure to large-scale, distributed systems with high availability requirement

 
Mandatory Skills: ITIL Change Mgmt .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
