JD : Device Driver Developer / Sr Developer / Leads
- Device Driver Development Lead/ Engineer with decent expertise in MCAL development and deep understanding of automotive‑grade microcontrollers (MCAL is not must but good to have)
- Own complete MCAL delivery including configuration, development, customization, integration, and defect resolution (Only theoretical knowledge on MCAL and MCAL configurator is not suitable / enough)
- Work with automotive‑grade microcontrollers (Infineon (Aurix / Traveo) / NXP / ST) including peripherals such as:
ADC, PWM, GPT, ICU, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, DMA, Port, DIO, WDG, MCU (this is your main hunt, we understand not everyone knows all modules , will make a team of mixed skills)
- Analyze hardware schematics and datasheets to support correct driver implementation (it is basic and must)
- Support bring‑up activities, debugging, and performance optimization on target hardware
- Deep knowledge of embedded C programming (it is basic and must)
- Vector VT system validation exp is added advantage on Microcontroller level testing not ECU (Need atleast 1-2 profiles with this skill also with development experience. Not only script / test executioner, someone who can really debug / install and calibrate the VT system)
- Japanese language N3/N2 competency is added advantage (But not mandatory)
- ISO26262 (FUSA) & CS is added advabtage

- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements
- If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
- Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
- Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customersâ and clientsâ business
- Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLAâÂÂs

- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
- Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
- Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
- Inform client about the triages being conducted
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
