Role 

The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

Project Manager ͏

  • Customer and Product Experience a plus, with Commercial Bank Experience in Treasury Management, preferred (Commercial Card, Payments, New to Bank Customer Onboarding)
  • Develop detailed project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, interdependencies, and execution approach.
  • Create timelines, understand scope, risk, and dependencies, and track them.
  • Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
  • Knowledge of industry risks and regulations/compliance/controls
  • Builds credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization, such as vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of varying levels in the org 
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile processes and tools (ex., Jira, MS Project)
  • Build and foster a collaborative working environment amongst project team members.
  • PMP Certification a Plus

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
