Job Description
The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep expertise in technical project management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
Key resposiblities
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee DevOps implementation, including CI/CD and automation of deployment processes.
- Apply Agile principles to manage workflows, facilitate sprint planning, and conduct stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and address issues.
- Utilize monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project disruption.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and promote best practices.
- Manage API integrations and deployments, and ensure efficient release management processes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
Preffered Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
- Experience in the banking domain is advantageous
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
