Wipro Technologies invites skilled professionals to join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead L1 within our TS - ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS division. This role demands expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on CRM Canvas Apps customization and configuration to support our digital transformation initiatives.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customization and optimization of the CRM platform, applying best practices to identify and implement the most effective approaches. You will develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows, ensuring seamless functionality that meets evolving business needs.
The role requires proficiency in JavaScript development aimed at enhancing CRM interfaces and automations. Additionally, you will leverage Power Platform tools such as Power Automate for process automation and Power Apps, including Canvas apps, Power Pages, and custom pages, to build scalable and user-friendly applications.
Your expertise will extend to integrating various systems with CRM to ensure cohesive business operations and data consistency. A deep understanding of the CRM security model is essential to safeguard sensitive information and enforce compliance policies.
Effective solution management and deployment skills are critical, including handling non-production environments to facilitate smooth rollouts and minimize disruptions.
Beyond technical skills, the role emphasizes clear and constructive communication across teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and transparent project progress updates. A strong learning aptitude to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends is highly valued.
