About the Role:

 

Position: Senior Desktop Engineer

Location: Malmo, Sweden

 

Job Description:

 

  • Should be able to work from office for all the 5 days in a week –Malmo (Sweeden)
  • Should also be a spoc for below listed location and provide remote support and in case required to visit once in a month for audit.
  • Espoo
  • Larvik
  • Tønsberg
  • Lysaker
  • Loftahammar
  • Selleberga
  • Candidate must have very good Swedish speaking skill and English communication skills as well as inter-personal skills
  • Provide comprehensive technical and customer support services to VIPs user
  • Provide on-site support when required or as requested by the VIP or Executive Authorized User; provide additional features to VIPs
  • Support includes being the single point of contact for all hardware and software related topics. Includes laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Assume complete of tickets resolution and include follow up with user.
  • Assess reported incidents and take initiative and ownership to resolve them
  • Replicate and resolve VIP incidents in the software & hardware environment.
  • Provide support services for newly hired VIPs as well as existing VIPs
  • VIP support can be remote support over the phone.
  • Partner with Conference Room Support Teams to ensure meetings with VIPs are seamless when it comes to technology.
  • Perform IMAC-related tasks as assigned
  • Create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions to be inclusive of accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
  • Perform customer support related tasks and special projects as assigned by management
  • Liaise as necessary interdepartmentally to seek resolutions to all incidents reported
  • Communication with IT Infrastructure support groups to appropriately escalate incidents and follow up on incidents to drive resolution for the customer
  • Follow established Asset Management processes
  • Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
  • Having knowledge of Cisco meeting rooms will be an added advantage.

 

Mandatory Skills: Desktop OS Knowledge (SCCM & Intune).

 

Desired Skills/ Additional Skills: Basic Networking knowledge on Switch. O365 etc..

Years of exp needed: Min of 4-5 Years.
