Title: Marketing Manager – Europe Strategic Market Unit

To develop and coordinate a range of Marketing Demand Generation activities at a Europe-wide and Country level designed to impact sales pipeline, positively influence client engagement and enhance Wipro’s reputation with clients and in the market
About the role:
As a Marketing Manager in the Europe Marketing team, you will have an exciting and broad scope, working to support pan-European Demand Generation and associated programs, plus the design and delivery of Field Marketing activities into our key geographies within Europe, working in close collaboration with regional sales teams. Scope to include campaign activation across multiple digital channels and measurement against KPI, in-person and virtual events, Account-based Marketing and Pursuit Marketing. The role directly supports our strategic priorities of Sourcing, Shaping & Winning Large Deals in our priority markets and industries across Europe.
It is a pivotal role working across multiple internal teams and agencies, coordinating a variety of activities across the full marketing mix, measuring outcomes and ROI.
Role Responsibilities
This is a mid-level B2B marketing role for someone with experience in a similar environment looking for a new challenge. Key responsibilities include:
- Demand Generation: Development and execution of campaigns, events and communications targeting key personas in priority accounts, designed to generate qualified leads and engagement outcomes.
- Campaign coordination and activation: Working across a matrix structure of Central Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Field Marketing Support: Support regional Marketing heads with activities aligned to local markets, working with local media organizations, in close collaboration with local sales teams.
- Account-based and Deal-based Marketing: Support regional Marketing heads by designing and deploying a range of 1-2-1 marketing tactics to increase the engagement of buying teams in priority accounts, to help shape and win large deals.
- KPI Measurement & Data Insights: Utilize analytics platforms working closely with the MarTech team to understand campaign impact and create dashboards/reports to interpret and visualize outcomes to guide others.
Pre-requisites
A well-rounded B2B marketing professional, with experience working in fast-paced environments and who understands the marketing function well. The successful candidate will be familiar with coordinating the operation of campaigns, both integrated campaigns and ABM of various types, and the marketing technology and platforms that support this.
- Minimum 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience working in Demand Generation, Campaign Management, Field Marketing, and/or ABM roles. IT Services, SaaS or Technology industry experience preferable.
- A strong team player who demonstrates good communication skills and initiative
- Excellent knowledge of marketing channels, technology and platforms, ideally Salesforce.com, Marketo, and 6Sense or similar.
- Good organizational skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to highlight key insights in an impactful and simple way.
- High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
