Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process.

Essential Skills:

  • College graduate
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership, compliance knowledge, strong communication.
  • Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
  • Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
  • Skilled in providing bespoke support to vulnerable customers.
  • Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Within this role,  you will professionally and effectively collect and recover arrears and manage cases in default, whilst adhering to all Collections policies and procedures.
  • Manage team of advisors, oversee recoveries, handle escalations, liaise with legal and field agents, ensure compliance.
  • Completing case reviews to ensure correct action has been taken and feedback provided where necessary.
  • Providing guidance and oversight for the third party suppliers managing our cases in recovery.
  • Identifying root causes and future barriers.
  • Dealing with complaint escalations 
Mandatory Skills: Mortgage(Originations) .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
