Job Description: 

Production Agent

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  •  Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone
  •  Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  •  Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Offer additional products and/or services as needed
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  •  Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Ensure service delivered to our customer meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

͏Mandatory Skills

  • Worked in service Industry Experience of 6 months and above desirable
  • Experience in call center will be an advantage
  • Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
  • Account Preference Knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Dependable with attention to detail
  • Good listening and speaking skills
  • Willingness to learn Good sales skills 

͏Qualifications

  • at least 2 years in College - at least with 6 mos CCE
  • Graduate Degree - accepting no CCE so long as good communication skills

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback
2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed
