About the role:
This is a high-impact marketing role focused on driving measurable business growth across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). You will be part of Wipro’s APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) SMU Marketing Team.
You will partner closely with business and sales leadership to shape and execute account-centric and demand generation programs that directly influence pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes. You will support integrated, digital-first marketing initiatives across strategic accounts and priority sectors, combining ABM, deal pursuit marketing, and brand localization to drive tangible business results.
The right candidate is a highly collaborative and passionate marketer with the ability to assess business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans and programs that drive business outcomes. Equally important is the experience and proficiency in integrating marketing channels including but not limited to website, email, social media, social advocacy, display ads, retargeting, and in-person and virtual events.
R͏esponsibilities:
This is a business marketing role that requires the ability to initiate and hold conversations across levels within business, account, and sales teams, as well as across levels within marketing and cross-functional teams. It is an individual contributor role, where you will support the Middle East and Africa Marketing Head.
Your day-to-day work may include one or more of the following.
• Manage ABM for assigned accounts, including but not limited to custom newsletters, events, hackathons, Innovation Days, & customer-specific messaging
• Manage client visits for assigned accounts to include town hall setups, ODC branding, managing vendors, merchandize, & on-site management as needed
• Work with social media & Martech teams to create messaging targeted to specific customers & events
• Align with other marketing team counterparts on specific campaigns, events & large deals
• Work collaboratively with the team on end-to-end event management, including landing page development, social & email invitations, booth design, & deck development
• Assist sales team with branding, messaging and decks supporting RFPs & client meetings
• Ensure alignment with company priorities & carry messaging throughout campaigns, events, & other communications
• Identify & help lead thought leadership opportunities across media, speaking engagements, & executive profiles
• Use AI tools for personalization, campaign performance optimization etc
• Track marketing-sourced pipeline, campaign ROI, & engagement metrics
• Ensure alignment with budgets, track spends, & submit invoices for processing utilizing internal procurement systems
• Contribute in the development of marketing plans for events, client visits, campaigns, & overall SMU marketing plans
• Work with SMEs to help bring content to market in various formats including PoVs, advertisements, website, & campaigns
• Assist in helping update & maintain the market unit specific pages on the website ensuring content is current, & adding new content as needed.

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in IT services or technology-led businesses)
• Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing
• Proven ability to work closely with sales and business leadership to drive outcomes
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Demandbase)
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable impact
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organisation
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills
