Business Analyst

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Support activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in System integration or user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs

Qualifications:

  • Good experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management software.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Familiarity with Oracle finance systems.
Mandatory Skills: Retail Supply Chain Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
