Job Description: 

Job Role – Mainframe Product Owner

 

Primary Skillset:  JCL, COBOL, DB2, EASYTRIEVE, CICS, VSAM, Scheduling Tools, CHANGEMAN, Remedy, Batch Debugging, Migration Services, Production Batch,

 

Minimum Qualification Required:

  • Domain Expertise in Banking, Finance and Securities Industry.
  • Technical expertise in Mainframe , JCL, COBOL, DB2, EASYTRIEVE, CICS, VSAM, Scheduling Tools, CHANGEMAN, Remedy.
  • Proficiency & knowledge on Online and Batch Debugging
  • Professional exposure to work in Agile Methodologies.
  • Sync-up with teams to discuss new requirements & Work to Identify areas to automate.
  • Provide work estimates for assigned work & collaborate and work with multiple IT and application Teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical Issues during production batch and Intraday processes &Participate in Disaster recovery activities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

 
Mandatory Skills: Application Modernization - Mainframe .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
