Job Description: 

Material Handler

Material Handler (Inventory Control)

Description of Responsibilities:

· Log incoming materials and process tasks for rework as advised.

· Maintain shipping logs

· Complete cycle counts and initiate transactions in the inventory system.

· Preparing pallets for international shipping and generating supporting documentation.

· Follow all appropriate specs and procedures.

· Respond directly to inquiries made in person and through email.

· Issue materials for walkup request.

· Manage incoming and outgoing SLT Request.

· Tracks, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipment on SharePoint and Engineering Excel.

· Will to work the graveyard shift.

 

Skills:

· Digital literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP, or other inventory-related software.

· Attention to detail and concern for quality.

· Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.

· Basic arithmetic skills.

· Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Control.

· Experience with electronics material handling requirements.

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
