As a Medicare Correspondence Analyst at Infocrossing INC within the BPS-IHS division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and operational teams. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the key liaison between business analysts (BAs) and both onsite and offshore development teams, fostering collaboration and clear understanding to facilitate efficient project execution.

You will manage relationships with approximately 4-5 distinct customer accounts, providing dedicated and personalized support. Your duties will include reviewing and generating customer correspondence, specifically Medicare and Medicaid letters, ensuring that communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.

This role demands strong one-on-one customer service capabilities, capable of navigating complex queries and providing clear, concise responses while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. You will utilize your technical knowledge, ideally with experience in mainframe environments, to understand development challenges and operational workflows in order to effectively bridge gaps and enhance service delivery.

In addition, your expertise or interest in Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS policies will be invaluable in understanding the healthcare landscape, which will empower you to support the team in meeting the specific needs of healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business analysts and development teams to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships for up to five accounts, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Review, interpret, and generate customer correspondence relevant to Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographic locations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Utilize technical knowledge, particularly in mainframe environments, to improve communication and problem resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all customer interactions.

Benefits and Compensation

The compensation for the Medicare Correspondence Analyst role at Infocrossing INC ranges from $33,000.00 to $50,000.00, reflecting competitive pay aligned with experience, skills, and geographical location.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $38,000 to $40,000

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
