ANZ Global Operations - Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Key EHS and internal audit lead in relation to onsite EHS and other related audit requirements of the facility (e.g. conduct EHS governance meetings with all stakeholders as required by law)
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal customers, which includes operation leads and country head of operations
- Support onsite related customer meetings and visits by providing support on hosting services
- Communicates to internal customers regarding Facility Management Group performance.
- Review performance level of integrated facility services (IFMS) team through active participation in Performance Management System (PMS).
- Communicates to operations regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related matters.
- Coordinate of various service enablement team (HR, IT, Purchasing, Tax and Finance) in relation to any office occupancy and workplace related activities (included but not limited to MAC, occupancy demand for new businesses)
- Manages the workspace operations and maintenance of the facilities in ANZ, especially he deliverables of IFMS team on soft and hard services
- Manage IFMS staff to deliver expected service levels to internal customers within the prescribed budget and quality expectations
- If needed, work with APMEA team to develop policies and procedures to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled
- Responsible for Facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Review and upload facility operation related billing such as lease, maintenance and consumables, and monitor timely payments of facility vendors (landlord, IFMS, services vendors, etc.)
- Review facility operation related compliance requirement in Wipro’s tools (e.g. Comtrac) based on timely delivery required by the systems
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides formal supervision to IFMS deployed associated on all ANZ sites
- Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.
- Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values and habits

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree with focus on business, technical and management areas are preferred but not mandatory

Communication Skills
- Good business acumen especially in the field of facility management and maintenance
- Great oral and written communicator especially on mass communication to all office users of Wipro in ANZ.
- Good understanding of onsite EHS, ISO2200, and ISO14001 in specific to ANZ
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to forecast and prepare budgets with less supervision by reporting manager
- Conducts simple spend analysis including the preparation of spend reports.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Draws upon the analysis of others and make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
