Job Description: 

Ariba Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Ariba Consultant with deep expertise in integrating Ariba modules with SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), with a strong understanding of tender management processes, workflow configuration, and automation.This is a One year FTC role based in Melbourne.

͏Responsibilities:

Integration Expertise:
• Lead and manage integration of Ariba SLP with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Implement and support Ariba Sourcing integration with DocuSign, enabling electronic signature workflows for sourcing documents.

Sourcing & Tender Management:
• Configure and manage Ariba Sourcing tender processes, including RFx creation, bid evaluation, and award processes.
• Design and implement custom workflows, authorizations, and automation to streamline sourcing operations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Technical & Functional Support:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Ariba modules and integrations.
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance


Documentation & Training:
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specs, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Ariba functionalities and best practices.


R͏equirement

  • Proven experience in Ariba SLP and Ariba Sourcing implementations and integrations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign integration in sourcing workflows
  • Expertise in configuring Ariba workflows, authorizations, and automation
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certifications are a plus.
