Job Description

The role as an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant will support growth and delivery across our energy and utilities clients in Australia, with a particular focus on how effective asset management can help client better navigate Australia’s energy transition. You will work closely with our teams and strategic partners both in Australia and overseas to help deliver impactful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth: Working with the leadership team to support growth of our utilities practice. This will mean taking a consulting-led approach and harnessing the breadth of Wipro’s capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Delivery: Working closely with our clients and delivery teams on projects to solve business challenges and deliver on their strategic outcomes;
  • Relationships: Building meaningful relationships, helping our clients to connect to Wipro’s deep expertise and industry connections;
  • Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients;
  • Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals;
  • Branding: Helping create strong Wipro market positioning and increasing Wipro’s mindshare.

About you

  • This is Sydney or Melbourne-based role, you will bring extensive management consulting expertise (ideally 8+ years), expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (including EAM transformation, maintenance management and workforce planning) with demonstrated knowledge and experience working of the energy utilities sector.
  • Knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry and regulatory landscape will be well regarded.
  • The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate both industry and top-tier professional service firm experience
